Friendly staff and a great location
Good Stay with Friendly Staff and Convenient Location I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. Their kindness and professionalism were definitely a highlight of my stay. The location is another strong point—being close to public transportation made it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the nearby café, which was a nice spot for a morning coffee or a quick snack. While my stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor aspects that could be improved. However, overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. It wasn’t as well-maintained as I expected, which affected my overall experience.

Overall good experience
Everything was great. Staff is nice. You can check yourself in digitally at the reception desk. We didnt have breakfast but it smelled good Theres coffee and drinks next to reception but not in the rooms We felt it wasn’t close to anything interesting to do, but it is super close to the subway!
No windows in room. Room felt stuffy

What was the highlight of Qbic Amsterdam WTC
Mystery cube.
Lovely complimentary hot bevs downstairs. Saying that not on the cheap-and-cheerful basis. Many 3-4 euro coffees are actually worse. Really impressive cityview of modern Amsterdam Zuid, the good external soundproofing makes it mysterious.
The lack of (hazardous of course) kettle; relatively poor soundproofing internally. Despite a detailed wavier under the switch, the operation of room heating appliance remained a mystery too. A simple guide would do. Sealed windows, an option to open the window is not an option anymore.
